Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any setup or registration fees?
For weekly plans, there are no setup fees. For live-in care, a one-time €950 administrative and placement fee applies.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, plans can be upgraded or adjusted at any time with 7 days notice. Our care coordinator will reassess and update the care plan accordingly.
Is the government rebate automatic?
No — families need to apply through the relevant Malta Government programme. Our team guides you through the full application process at no extra cost.
What is included in the care plan?
Every client receives a personalised care plan developed in consultation with the client and family. Plans cover daily routines, preferences, medical notes, and emergency contacts.
How quickly can care start?
For weekly plans, we typically match a caregiver within 3–5 working days. Live-in care arrangements take 1–2 weeks due to the placement process.
